Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kickr, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at kickr.ftbl@gmail.com with your order details. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our returns process.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unworn
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 5)

To initiate a return, please contact us at kickr.ftbl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kickr error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at kickr.ftbl@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items that have been used, washed, or worn
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Customized or personalized products

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kickr.ftbl@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
